I’ve been working with the Eden Method for over 15 years and been a practitioner for 10 years. As a practitioner my focus is to help my clients master self care and learn to rely on their intuition as their energy moves and balances. In addition to my Eden work, I have training in gemstones, light and sound healing,and essential oils, tools that can sometimes augment a session.
