I am an Eden Energy Method Certified Practitioner. I am also a licensed Massge Therapist. My background is in healthcare for over 40 years. My passion for integrative care led me to begin with training in massage therapy, then Eden Energy Medicine to continue to build on my integrative healthcare skill set. I have clients of all ages, but a focus has been on seniors and individuals with chronic and complex health issues. As is true for many, I began to learn and study energy medicine to enhance my own health optimization and assist in addressing personal health issues. I love energy medicine because there is so much that any individual can learn and implement for themselves to embark on the optimization of their health- physically, emotionally and cognitively, as every aspect of our being impacts our wholistic experience of living and quality of life. We learn to develop a daily energy routine that helps all of our energy systems to come into balance and thus function optimally. Calm, peace, clarity, vitality and joy all allow us to be and live our best life no matter our individual circumstances. Building self-awareness through EEM is a wonderful self empowerment tool.
