<p>I love energy medicine. I think it is fabulous that there is this way that we can work with our own energies to feel better. I am passionate about helping people balance their energies and teaching people how to care for their energy body.</p><p>I specialize in helping people align their energies to their highest purpose. I believe that by bringing energy into balance we can achieve optimal performance, health and wellbeing and manifest our dreams. I work with people to transform their own perceived mental, emotional and physical hurdles into positive outcomes.</p>

I am an intuitive, sensitive Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner and Level 1 Fundamentals Teacher, an Usui Reiki Master, am certified to deliver Peggy Huddleston’s “Prepare for Surgery, Heal Faster” program, am trained in BioDynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy and have studied Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (Jon Kabat-Zinn’s work). I also have an MBA with a masters in Finance and Marketing and before I started my energy medicine clinical practice, I worked for over 25 years in corporate America, so I have a lot of practical experience, life experience and deep understanding of the corporate world to bring to our session work together.
