Lee Benton is an Eden Energy Medicine Advanced Practitioner with a Ph.D. in holistic nutrition and certifications in a variety of healing arts, including Neuro-linguistic Training (NLP), EFT, EP and Clinical Hypnotherapy. It was the Eden system’s techniques that most helped Lee to overcome addictions including alcohol, binge eating and self sabotage. It taught her how to build confidence by replacing bad choices with good ones, such as energy exercises.
