<p>I am passionate about helping my clients and students tap into their body’s natural desire and ability to heal on all levels.  Empathy, compassion, and attentiveness are at the center of my work. For the past 28 years, I have been working with energy and trained in a variety of modalities including Reiki , Psych-K, and homeopathic first aid.   As an Eden Method certification program faculty member, advanced practitioner, and authorized instructor of the Eden Method introductory level classes, I have had the privilege to teach hundreds of students through classes and workshops all over the country.  As a Certified Health Coach & Health Educator, I work with my clients to help them understand their current state of health, and facilitate lifestyle changes using evidence-based approaches to prevent disease, decrease current symptoms (often our body’s way of communicating an area of distress and imbalance) and truly heal.  I look at health and well-being from a physical, emotional, nutritional, environmental, and spiritual perspective. I believe in meeting my clients, of any age,  where they are at in their healing process, and combining a number of modalities to help facilitate a healthy body, mind, and spirit. I have a private practice in Eastern Massachusetts and also work remotely with clients and students.  I love helping my students become the most confident and competent practitioners while embracing the joy in the process.</p>
