<p>Throughout my life I have been oriented to holistic living and seeking out the things hidden from view. After learning meditation at an early age, it opened my eyes and heart to the more subtle energies that exist in our bodies and our world. Once I got a taste of this my life has been discovering ways to play with this energy that is all around us. I have been blessed with being able to learn with so many great teachers over the decades.
