Jody's passions and experience center around holistic healing, counseling, teaching and coaching. She welcomes the opportunity to help her clients understand the language of their body's symptoms, so they can unlock the inner power they possess to heal. One of the foundations of her partnership with clients is to help them to identify and release limiting beliefs that are standing in the way of reaching their goals, emotionally and/or physically. Jody has experience supporting clients across a full range of emotional and physical issues. She has a specialty in supporting those suffering from trauma, which may lie hidden behind physical and emotional symptoms, including chronic pain, anxiety, and/or depression. Jody also has a specialty in supporting highly sensitive and empathic individuals who struggle with anxiety and auto-immune conditions. Before leaving a 30-year career in the corporate world to pursue her life purpose in holistic healing, Jody was a Fortune 500 Senior Executive in Strategy and Innovation. In her free time, Jody enjoys spending time with her family, watching sunsets, and digging her feet in the sand.
