I love Eden Energy Medicine. It’s simple and profoundly effective for any health issue, whether physical, mental, emotional or spiritual.
My work allows me to empower people who are overwhelmed by life or feeling stuck with un-resolving or unexplained distress. I’m on a mission to empower more people to be healthier – and to see them thriving.
Depression and chronic ill health kept me stuck in an unfulfilling life for years; a cycle of frustration, pain and burnout.
I felt like life was passing me by – until I learnt to address my symptoms at a holistic, root cause level.
I said goodbye to symptoms of fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue, and in my early 50’s was able to navigate my way through menopausal imbalances with ease, banishing hot flushes and other depleting symptoms.
As a Trauma-Informed Practitioner, I bring together ancient wisdom and modern science within a unique and proven approach, helping individuals and teams to heal, harmonise and thrive – empowering people to create more joy and fulfilment in their lives.
My approach uses Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) combined with HeartMath, Melt Method, WildFit and Lifestyle coaching – a unique, synergistic and powerful blend, adapted to each individuals needs.
I love working with individuals with chronic health issues from fibromyalgia to cancer, and also enjoy delivering educational talks, group coaching and working with teams within not-for-profits, businesses and other team settings to support wellbeing, resilience and ultimately performance and personal development.
It’s hugely important to me that my clients get to know me before we embark on their health journey, which is why I offer a free ‘Clarity Conversation’ call/zoom, to enable us to connect and find out if we are a good fit for each other.
