I am a holistic nurse deeply committed to complementary and integrative health. My passion goes beyond teaching and providing sessions – I live and breathe this approach in my own life. My journey began with noticing the profound impact of complementary modalities on patients in home health palliative care. Witnessing their improved quality of life fueled my exploration into this holistic realm.

My venture into energy medicine began in 2014 with my first Healing Touch class. Intrigued, I continued to learn and practice while advancing my career in home health. Training in Reiki and earning a Master of Science degree in Complementary and Integrative Health from Drexel in 2022 expanded my expertise. A transformative experience with Eden Energy Medicine led me to pursue certification, which I achieved in 2023 after two years of training.

My nursing background supports my knowledge of conventional medicine and experience in guiding clients toward personalized goals. Although Energy Medicine is the emphasis of each session, my approach is holistic. Therefore, individualized care plans my also include recommendations related to lifestyle modifications such as nutrition, exercise, and stress management. The energy medicine techniques I use are primarily based on Donna Eden’s teachings and may also include methods from Healing Touch and Reiki. Every session I provide is individualized for each client’s specific needs and energies to stimulate the body’s innate ability to heal itself.
