I have always been passionate about helping others find their own path to healing and a more fulfilling life. My journey began as a nurse, caring for individuals facing serious illnesses and supporting them and their families during difficult times. Over the years, I have seen how complementary therapies can truly make a difference in quality of life. This led me to begin learning about energy healing in 2014, starting with Healing Touch and then Reiki. I later completed a Master of Science in Complementary and Integrative Health in 2022. Following a profound experience with Eden Energy Medicine, I felt compelled to delve deeper and spent two years in intensive training, earning my certification in 2023. Now, I offer sessions that draw mainly from Donna Eden’s teachings, along with Healing Touch and Reiki, always tailoring my approach to what each person needs most. I bring a compassionate and practical approach, always respecting the body’s wisdom and its natural ability to heal. My goal is to meet you wherever you are on your journey and support you in finding more balance, strength, and well-being.
