These simple but profound classes are straight forward and full of easy-to-use techniques that you can do on yourself (and others) to stay well, feel vibrant, and live a life that nourishes you and brings you joy.
Each class will cover specific key topics from Donna Eden’s award-winning book, Energy Medicine. Hormones impact growth, metabolism, and fertility. They can influence the function of the immune system, and even alter behavior. They are involved in the development of the brain and reproductive system. And they affect everyone – kids, men, and women.
In this class you will learn easy approaches to working with hormone balance. These include targeted techniques for specific hormone and also generalized balancing exercises that are helpful for everyone.
When you balance your hormones, it will help you:
- Find relief during PMS and Menopause
- Get help with weight loss
- Stop being too cold or too hot
- Stabilize your blood pressure
- Stabilize your moods and soothe your anxiety
- Have more energy!

I am a kinesthetic and visual empath specializing in women’s health, grief and heartache, migraines, cancer, low energy, trauma and mitigating effects of high stress jobs and toxic work environments. My motivation for working with EEM comes from my background as an artist interested in sound and bodywork combined with my professional background as a social scientist researcher that is results-oriented. I have twenty-five years experience as an international arts and cultural manager and researcher and have taught at the university graduate level for almost 15 years. I am permanently based in Newport News, VA but find myself often in Northern Virginia (NOVA), and near Princeton, NJ where I have family bases. Best available early evenings and weekends. Check personal email 1-3 times per week. Do make house calls and can provide remote sessions.
