Les ateliers à thème sont très enrichissants pour tous et les séances en cabinet et par skype permettent d'aller plus loin avec plus de précision. Pour ceux qui ne peuvent suivre les enseignements j'ai eu la joie d'écrire un livret sur la routine énergétique très détaillé et illustré et quatre autres sont en cours: le sommeil, la vision, la mémoire, les traumas. Pour mieux vous accompagner j'ai obtenu ma certification en TAT et en technique Bowen 2001( genre fasciathérapie) et en danse de l'âme. Passer par le corps est le moyen idéal pour trouver les chemins d'un mieux être profond et durable. J'aime danser avec mes outils pour utiliser ceux qui vous sont les plus favorables.
