One’s body communicates internally in many ways. It speaks louder and louder looking for our support until we listen or need medical intervention. Everything in our bodies is connected in a fine and intricate dance. One’s body has wisdom and wants/needs balance for optimum performance.
As we each focus on our own body, we can learn to listen more deeply and understand its messages better. You are the most important part of your wellness support group.
Our modern life has its challenges: stresses often very different than our ancestors had, yet one’s body is still programmed to react as if in life and death situations at times. A crashed computer, a missed flight, a huge line when you are in a hurry…and many other similar events are stressful but not life threatening.
What we will work on together is releasing energy, which ultimately can help to release pain by freeing blocked energy. Relaxation of the body’s stress responses can balance, rejuvenate, and reawaken your vitality. Through this process we can build resilience and adaptability to support ourselves through the challenges that may come. We explore possible solutions.
I will share basic techniques to use independently day to day which help support our work together by helping maintain what we have done in our sessions. Together we are working to balance your energies.
I am not a fluent Spanish speaker but can get by. If needed I will use a translator to assist and I humbly ask for your patience and understanding as we work together.
