I offer sessions in my home near Wigton, Cumbria. I love the way that Eden Energy Medicine combines somatic/ body work with energetic interventions - you can bring a practitioner your physical problems and / or your emotional problems, have a relaxing treatment and be given the tools to improve your wellbeing at home. Each session is a dance between what you need to feel or communicate in the moment, and what support you wish to receive in order to help you move forward in the direction that you wish to go in.
