I consider myself a Heart Centered Practitioner.  I am a Certified Holistic Nurse.  I have been a Healing Touch Practitioner as well as a Clinical Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner for over 10 years.  I have also been studying Poly-vagal theory and use techniques and teach exercises to enhance wellness.   I teach EEM One Hour Classes in Person and on Zoom.  I am also available for remote healing sessions.  This work is my passion, I hope you experience my loving energy and find the wellness that you seek.
