I'm Jen. My life purpose is to love myself unconditionally and empower you to be uniquely you. I discovered this in 2016 after a wake-up call. Since then, I've been on a transformational learning journey to live my purpose, and reinvented myself as a coach, teacher, energy balancing practitioner, and Human Design analyst in health, career, and relationships.

As a coach, I enjoy empowering my clients live their full potential. As a teacher, I’ve given workshops to 6,500+ people the skills for executing effectively and sustainably as a team. As a Eden Energy Medicine practitioner, I help my clients connect their mind and body to strengthen their body's energy. As a Human Design Analyst, I strive to honor everyone's uniqueness and help people understand how to live authentically. I built this on top of my past experiences as a software engineer and engineering director.
