My life long passion for learning, teaching and inspiring others came from my mother who was a huge inspiration in not only my life, but the life of everyone that crossed her path.  I taught for 17 years and then made a career change to join the family business in the sleep industry to "Awaken People's Best Life".  I began my journey of energy medicine to learn more how to work with the energy of my body to take control of my health and live a vibrant and joyful life.
