I retired from a career in public education and found myself searching for a meaningful next step. I had been labeled over sensitive throughout my life and so it was with curiosity that I began a search for a better understanding of the vibrations I felt from others.  I walked into a Books A Million store in North Myrtle Beach , SC and they had one book on energy by Donna Eden and David Feinstein. It was my only choice and  in that moment my journey began! I read the book ,Eden Energy Medicine ,signed up for year one classes, and opened a new chapter in my life. Energy medicine has transformed my daily routine, mental health, physical well being and spirit. I am a teacher at heart and that is what I love about EEM. EEM is a way toward self healing where the client is empowered to make decisions about her/his health . As a practitioner I listen to what the client and his/her body is saying about its energy needs for balance and support. I offer the client strategies and methods to support those needs! The best part is that the methods are not new, they have been used by Donna Eden and EEM teachers for more than 20 years with many practices based on ancient wisdom. My clients have expressed amazement at how good they feel after a session whether their issue is mental health, pain, disease, or general well-being.  I invite you to join me on a journey of self discovery and healing.
