It is my strong belief and passion to empower people of all ages to take care of their own physical, emotional and spiritual well-being through energy techniques. I am an Advanced Practitioner (EEM-AP) and Level 1 Fundamentals Teacher of the Eden Method. I am also a Soul Midwife and Acutonics sound healer. As a Soul Midwife, I am honoured to be a holistic therapeutic and spiritual companion, giving tender loving end of life care. I facilitate classes and workshops on the Eden Method and Acutonics. I also offer TLC End of Life Care workshop to carers who are taking care of their family members and patients going through their final phase of life.

我熱愛能量療癒的教學推廣，深信不論男女老幼，學會能量方法能輕鬆有效照顧自己的身心靈健康。我是伊頓能量醫療資深能量師，一階核心認證課程導師，靈魂導引者 (Soul Midwife)，經脈音療音療師。作為靈魂導引者（Soul Midwife），能夠陪伴生命晚期的朋友提供療癒服務，引領臨終者跨越生命終點是我的莫大榮幸。我也帶領能量醫療、經脈音療的課程和工作坊，和針對照顧者和醫護相關從業人員的安寧照護課程。
