Amy started her journey in Eden Energy Medicine with a 4 day Energy Medicine Yoga training in 2020. While continuing to experience and learn more from her Energy Medicine Yoga teachers, Amy was inspired to start the certification program with Eden Energy Medicine. She teaches weekly EMYoga classes in Bel Air, Maryland where she enjoys witnessing people get in touch with their energy and realize that they have the ability to influence how they feel physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Amy will be offering Eden Energy Medicine sessions starting in the summer of 2025. Amy has worked with children of all ages as a Speech-Language Pathologist for over 25 years and currently teaches children's yoga with energy medicine concepts incorporated into playful movement.
