I have been a qualified social worker for 23 years, working in a various roles across Children and Families Services.

I discovered Donna’s work in 2012 when my own stress was so acute I developed Alopecia and numerous symptoms of adrenal burnout. Eden Energy Medicine was key to helping me recover fully, stay well, and develop a sense of whole being.

Having witnessed countless social workers and helping professionals suffer stress related illness over the years, and especially during the pandemic, I was inspired to share this work and train as an Eden Method Practitioner.

My social work career means I know a thing or two about the impact life’s trials and tragedies have on the human condition, I also know that Energy work can soften the fall and help us to land lighter when life throws us up in the air.

I am passionate about working with people who are experiencing stress related symptoms, be they emotional, physical or spiritual, and supporting them to discover their own unique path to wellness and whole being.
