I am passionate about empowering myself and others to take charge of their health and wellbeing, improve their relationships and become the best version of themselves! In my trainings and sessions I create an environment of trust and safety that enables clients to establish a deep connection with themselves. My own health issues brought me to several holistic health methods some twenty years ago and finally led me to EEM in 2017. I am still greatful for having this huge tool-box for self-help!
