Sherri has been in private practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2003, she had literally touched countless lives accumulating over 10,000 therapy sessions in the course of two decades. With life spinning into a hero’s-like journey, Sherri shines brightly collecting experiences and making accomplishments out challenges.
Sherri began to deepen her understanding of energy medicine in 2009 and completed certification in 2016. She completed Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) Certification Practitioner Program, and aligned herself with the teachings of Donna Eden.
Another twist in Sherri’s journey was in 2016, when a concussion led her to explore doodling that led her to graphic recording and facilitation as a means of rewiring her brain and honing in on her artistic abilities. Little did she know that this artistic endeavor would become an integral part of her energy medicine practice. Sherri has embarked on a quest to bring the esoteric world of energy medicine into the tangible realm.
In her quest to share the knowledge she had acquired, Sherri gained the role of a teaching assistant, working closely with Advanced EEM Practitioner, Lisa Buford. She assists Lisa sharing The Eden Method Fundamentals classes in Cranbury, New Jersey, to eager students. Sherri sketches pictures on the walls during class as Lisa teaches.
Sherri’s resume is varied from pediatric/orthopedic physical therapy to illustration for retreats, PDFs for symposiums and handouts for conferences.
Her passion for “making energy visible” in the world has lead her to creating “SherringenergyTeez.”Energy is easier to explain and remember through visuals and humor. Sherri gets inspired sometimes by just doing the dishes or walking in the bathroom. When she listens to music, interviews or reads complicated research papers she has to take out her iPad and scribble a quirky cartoon, or whimsical character to remember.

Sherri can any take energy information and turn it into artfully designed pictures with parody and pop culture bends, provoking conversations about energy.
She loves the energy newbie and the energy skeptic! Sherri is a playful soul that comes with an open heart and a piece of paper and a pencil in her back pocket.
Her impact extended far beyond the borders of New Jersey, as she shared her energy concepts through various social media platforms, blogs, and online shops.
As her journey continues, she is sharing energy through fun, colorful visuals by putting them on t-shirts, mugs, totes, magnets and stickers.

As Sherri’s journey continued, her passion for learning remains constant. She’s pursuing certifications in Personal Training, Human Movement Specialist, Integrated Manual Therapist, and Barefoot Certification with Brookbush Institute and EBFA Global.
July 2023 Sherri filled the her artist Sherringenergyteez shop for 31 days in a row dropping a design everyday on things sharable and wearables!

<p>Sherri Nicholas is a retired Physical Therapy Assistant (P.T.A.) and was in the first group of physical therapy assistants to graduate in 1986 in New Jersey. She worked in The Felician School for Exceptional Children in Lodi, NJ 1986-88, in United Hospital's Early Intervention Program in Newark, NJ 1992-94 and a HealthSouth Rehabilitation in Edison, NJ 1992-2005 as a PTA. She also was a child healthcare worker/assistant house manager for the AIDS Resource Foundation for Children working in St. Clares Home For Children from 1988-1992.Sherri's work in outpatient physical therapy orthopedic rehab lead her to learning myofascial trigger-point techniques. This hands on treatments and that lead her to go back to school for massage therapy.
