The Advanced Eden Energy Medicine studies included four years of training: foundations, certification, clinical and advanced training. Advanced training allows me to offer grid and regression sessions. I practice in Denver & Centennial, CO.

I love seeing clients getting excited about the changes they see in themselves after practicing EEM regularly in as little as a month! While some changes like greater motivation may seem small, it’s amazing how having more motivation can grow into more and more improvements in various areas of our lives!

Sessions start with briefly talking about the focus of our work together: health issues that may include pain (mental or emotional), sleep, energy, digestion, mood… We may then begin with either some testing or what is considered to be a quick energy balance. If you would like to incorporate the Himalayan Singing Bowls, we may incorporate them into the initial energy balance or later, as you prefer. They may be place directly on the body and or in the field. A quick energy balance involves you lying on a massage table fully clothed while I massage some neurolymphatic points, gently stretch the body, hold acupressure points and work in the energetic field surrounding your body. Based on your focus and the testing we do we will then focus the session on the energy exercises best suited to you. Energy testing & corrections may include, but are not limited to: the aura, chakras, meridians, adrenals, and radiant circuits. To complete the session I will give you a few exercises to work on as homework between sessions.

While receiving sessions from a practitioner can be a very nurturing experience, you will get the most out of EEM when combining regular sessions with a practitioner and doing daily EEM exercises.

Intake sessions are $175 for 2 hours. Follow up sessions are $150 for 60-90 minutes. I have available daytime hours: Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays by appointment. Self-care is a lifelong process that involves many modalities at different times. What I love about Eden Energy Medicine is that from the very beginning you are empowered to take your healing into your own hands by doing the daily energy routine and other energy exercises specific to your needs. The benefits of working with a practitioner are the ability to relax and receive energy work for 60-90 minutes in a way that you can’t when doing energy exercises on your own. It’s pretty difficult to give yourself a spinal flush! And, sometimes we simply want to work with an Eden Energy Medicine practitioner to keep us accountable to doing our exercises and celebrate with us the improvements we’re seeing in our lives. Working with a practitioner can also help give insight and direction regarding where your energies may be stuck and give you homework in the form of energy exercises specific to what you need.
