Sandy Westerman has a bachelor of science in nursing. As a psychiatric nurse, she led song and dream groups and taught meditation, along with her other responsibilities. Sandy studied the Silva Method of creative visualization to increase psychic abilities under the creator, José Silva. She used her special talents to create a children’s theatre program, where she directed, channeled, and wrote original musicals for twenty-five years. Sandy is a Certified Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner as well as one of their certified teachers. She has taught Eden Energy balancing techniques in both an elementary school, and nursing home setting. She has studied the natural world of self-healing for over forty years. As a mother, grandmother, and self- taught medium, she is also the author of the book, "Empath is Not a Four-Letter Word".  It is her wish to share her accumulated wisdom and life lessons with other empaths and sensitive people. Sandy lives in Pennsylvania with her husband of forty-six years.
