In today’s busy and hectic world, many people feel drained, anxious, or overwhelmed. I felt the same way for many years. After spending more than 30 years in the insurance industry, including Project Management, I realized I was missing a sense of balance in my life. Not just a work-life balance, but something more profound. After taking Eden Method courses online during the COVID pandemic, I realized my sense of imbalance and chronic physical ailments were coming from my body’s energy systems being out of sync with my immediate environment and the larger Universe. I began doing more research into the Eden Method and found it can benefit our sense of mental, physical, and spiritual sense of well-being. To me Eden Method is a lifestyle. I have always had a calling to teach and a passion to help others. By sharing my Eden Method skills with others, I hope to help others to achieve the balance, increased energy, and improved health I experience.
