When we are stressed or get ourselves into unsupportive habits, this energy can become constricted or unbalanced. We then may develop illness, pain, or just become less vibrant than we could be.

The good news is that ENERGY CAN BE RE-PATTERNED TO SUPPORT HEALTH AND HEALING.
