With over 35 years devoted to the healing arts, Noriko Whitfield has made it her life’s work to help others reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit.

Her journey began in Japan, where her first teacher—a traditional Japanese energy healer—taught her a unique blend of modalities that resembled Eden Energy Medicine, Reiki, and craniosacral therapy. These teachings became the foundation of Noriko’s deep and intuitive approach to healing.

At age 29, Noriko lost her husband to cancer. The grief and physical challenges that followed led her into a personal healing journey through energy work and inner exploration. She eventually found her purpose and joy through EEM and now dedicates her life to supporting others in navigating life with resilience, hope, and connection.

A California state-certified massage therapist for 17 years, Noriko brings a deep understanding of movement, energy flow, and the body’s wisdom. Her recent focus is helping clients connect body and mind through movement, sound, and energy balancing techniques.

She supports over 100 individuals each month through private sessions, classes, and corporate wellness programs. Noriko is also a certified Life Coach and Grief Recovery Method Specialist. Her mission is to help others live with authenticity, vitality, and purpose.
