Nicole LaFon, ERYT 500, EEM Clinically Certified Practitioner, Energy Codes Coach and Compassion Key Facilitator Nicole is an entrepreneur, studio owner, yoga teacher, yoga teacher training faculty leader for both 200 Hour and 300 Hour programs, an Eden Energy Medicine Clinically Certified Practitioner, Energy Codes Coach, Compassion Key Facilitator and a retreat leader. Her studio, In Balance Yoga located in Blacksburg, VA is a service entrepreneurship business giving back to three non-profits each quarter: Homes of Hope Orphanage in India, Farm Sanctuary (rescues animals from factory farming) and Yoga Village (offers yoga to underserved populations) and other community chosen organizations. Her small business has donated over $150,000 to the community under her leadership. Nicole has completed three 500 Hour Certifications with Sri Dharma Mittra in NYC (Living the Life of a Yogi), Jimmy Barkan in Ft. Lauderdale, FL (Barkan Method of Hot Yoga) and the Kunga Yoga School (Service Based / Accessible Yoga) in Wilmington, NC with Kristin Cooper-Gulak.
