Hello and welcome!

I love learning the language of nature and energy.

Holistic approaches to overall health and healing have interested me all my life. I qualified in Reiki level II in 1990 and certified as a Wildfit Coach in 2019. Following a career as a dental technician in Germany, where I was born, for the past 22 years I have owned and run a bar and restaurant, first in Spain and now in the UK.

I believe we are here to shine. I also believe in our body’s innate ability to heal itself. Our bodies can do this best and most easily when our energies and our mind are in balance and harmony.

One of the pillars of the Eden Method is the idea that our bodies communicate with us and that we can, through long-tested techniques, learn the language of energy. Let’s be curious and find out together what your body is saying and what it needs. You will learn how to use many tools and do exercises yourself that will be beneficial to your well-being.
