I have got a huge passion for healing and self-care. Having experienced the deep healing powers of Eden Method Energy Medicine (EEM) for myself, I am keen to share my enthusiasm and knowledge with you and empower you to take charge of your own health. EEM is a gentle but profound method to awaken and enable the innate healing powers of the subtle energies of the body. We all are our own healer. And as your energy midwife, I want to support you to find and birth the power within to heal yourself.

In my cosy treatment space, I see people of all ages, genders and backgrounds offering Eden Method Energy Medicine (EEM), Reflexology and Reiki for a variety of ailments. Being a midwife, naturally as an energy worker I specialise in all aspects of women’s health, including fertility issues, hormonal imbalances, pregnancy and post-partum care. I have a keen interest to support you to navigate the often debilitating effects of emotional and physical birth trauma, to help you become the best parent you can be. I’m also happy to see babies, toddlers and children.

As an NHS midwife, I have looked after women, babies and their families for over 20 years. At the hospital I work for I have set up a clinic offering energy medicine and reflexology for pregnant people for complaints like nausea, headache, back pain, malpresentation, going overdue, anxiety, birth trauma and many more.
