My passion is empowering women with tools to bring more balance and freedom to their lives. Through Essential Somatics and Eden Method we can address tension and pain, hormones, stress and the multitude of issues that appear as a result. As a Centered Riding Instructor, I work with riders incorporating awareness exercises both on and off the horse, as well as bringing the above modalities to a lesson or pre-ride session. Riders develop awareness to movement, feel, and balance, and to their connection with their horse, creating wonderful confidence in the partnership. I also bring energy work to the horse.

<p>I started out as a riding instructor and horse trainer. We used various energy practitioners and body workers to help our horses perform at their best. It was through my own sport and training related injuries that I developed an interest in Somatics. Somatics helped both myself and my students to ride and move in better balance and without pain. It was during a series of health issues that I moved toward Energy Medicine. Throughout my clinical practice I have found that the combination of Somatics and Energy healing, work together powerfully to aid the body in moving into balance. Energy work not only compliments the Somatic work, but brings a deeper physical, emotional, and spiritual healing. </p><p>I cherishes the body's ability to heal. My passion is in sharing and guiding people to live to their fullest health and movement potential. </p><p>Sessions currently available near Victoria, BC and online.</p>
