I am an Advanced Practitioner of Eden Energy Medicine with a background in trauma counselling.  I am currently based in Melbourne, Australia.  As well as seeing individual clients in person an online, I host a variety of online Energy Medicine experiences involving interactive and mutually supportive groups.  You can explore offerings here.

I have learned Energy Medicine from Donna Eden, and also from some of her most creative and pioneering acolytes, including Ellen Meredith and Susan Stone.  I am particularly interested in navigating the relationship between consciousness and wellness.  I craft sublime and transcendent healing experiences for groups and individuals, drawing on the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Bruce Lipton and Joe Dispenza, to mention a few.  These threads are incorporated into my practice of Energy Medicine.

My background in trauma recovery means I am adept at creating a safe space whether in person or virtually.  I believe in locating and releasing trauma without reexperiencing it, and I use a variety of Energy Medicine informed methods to do this safely and respectfully.
