I’m an interior designer who has shifted my focus from built spaces to the soft landscape of the human body and soul. I love helping people feel good in all aspects of their lives; to have something to lean on that builds their immune resilience, spiritual richness, emotional wellness and mental acuity. Energy Medicine provides hope and grounding in a world that can often feel hopeless and chaotic. It brings me so much joy to help others find parts of themselves they may have lost or never even experienced.
