<p>My mission is to empower you to enhance your health, wellbeing, and overall vitality by teaching you how to balance and maintain harmony in your personal energy systems.I grew up in Maine and moved to North Carolina in 1990.  I moved to Southport in 2000 when I fell in love with this funky little beach town and all it has to offer.  I am so grateful for the day I found Hearts and Sol Wellness on Oak Island.  After my first session with a Reiki practitioner, my life started to change in dramatic ways.  It was as if I was waking up from a weird dream.  The life I had been living seemed so foreign to me and I knew my path had been forever altered. I found my way to energy medicine after witnessing my Dad experience a five-year decline where his life force faded while no one could diagnose the cause.  I knew then there was more to our essence then purely the physical body, where so much of our focus in medicine goes.  For balanced health we need to also look to our energetic body, our emotional body, and our spiritual body. I believe we all have the power...
