I am thrilled and honored to be able to provide Eden Energy Medicine Sessions!

I am currently enrolled in the dual certification program of Biodynamic Cranialsacral Therapy/Polarity Therapy at the Colorado School of Energy Studies 2024-2027.

I have a background in Physical Fitness Education, specializing in Women’s Fitness, as well as comprehensive education in Plant Based Nutrition. I completed Lauren Walker’s Energy Medicine Yoga Teacher Training in Boulder, CO in 2018. I bring this knowledge forth to my work as a practitioner of Energy Medicine, which I love!

I passionately continue my studies of all things Energy, including the 2023 EEM Practitioner’s Conference at the Wigwam, Quantum Touch, QiGong, SourcePoint Therapy; Biofield Tuning; The Energy Codes, Breathwork, Aromatherapy and Prune Harris’ Alchemy of Intuition.
