I am thrilled and honored to be able to provide Eden Energy Medicine Sessions!

I am currently enrolled in the dual certification program of Biodynamic Cranialsacral/Polarity Therapy at the Colorado School of Energy Studies 2024-2027.

I have a background in Physical Fitness Education, specializing in Women’s Fitness, as well as comprehensive education in Plant Based Nutrition. I completed Lauren Walker’s Energy Medicine Yoga Teacher Training in Boulder, CO in 2018. I bring this knowledge forth to my work as a practitioner of Energy Medicine, which I love!

I passionately continue my studies of all things Energy, including the 2023 EEM Practitioner’s Conference at the Wigwam, Quantum Touch, Biodynamic CranialSacral Therapy, SourcePoint Therapy, QiGong, Biofield Tuning, The Energy Codes, Breath-work, Aromatherapy and Prune Harris’ Alchemy of Intuition.
