My path into holistic health has been guided by a deep curiosity about the body’s remarkable ability to heal when given the right support. I am an advanced Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner, Aromatherapist, and student of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Polarity Therapy. My work is grounded in the belief that healing is a collaborative process—one that honors the wisdom of the body, the intelligence of the nervous system, and the unique experience of each individual.

I offer a gentle, integrative approach that brings together Energy Medicine, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, therapeutic aromatherapy, breath awareness, and mindfulness. Every session is tailored to meet you where you are, creating a calm and supportive environment where your body can shift from patterns of stress and protection toward greater balance, resilience, and ease.

Much of my continuing education has focused on the autonomic nervous system and its central role in health and healing. I have devoted extensive study to neuroscience, nervous system regulation, vagal tone, and Polyvagal Theory, and I continue to explore how these principles can deepen and inform hands-on therapeutic work. This understanding helps me appreciate how chronic stress, life experiences, and trauma can influence the whole person, while reinforcing my belief that healing begins with a sense of safety, presence, and connection.

I see my role not as someone who heals another person, but as someone who creates the conditions in which healing can unfold. By listening carefully, working gently, and respecting the pace of each client’s nervous system, I aim to support greater coherence, vitality, and overall well-being.

My education is an ongoing journey. I continue advanced studies in Energy Medicine, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, spirituality, clinical aromatherapy, neuroscience, the autonomic nervous system, anatomy and physiology. I am committed to integrating both emerging scientific understanding and time-honored holistic practices, allowing my work to evolve with curiosity, integrity, and a deep respect for the innate intelligence of the human body, mind and spirit.
