Ione is a dedicated practitioner offering Eden Energy Medicine sessions and aromatherapy consultations, aimed at harmonizing the body’s energy systems to promote healing, well-being, and balance. With a deep commitment to the transformative potential of energy medicine, Ione is currently enrolled in the dual certification program of Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Polarity Therapy at the Colorado School of Energy Studies (2024-2027), further expanding her knowledge and understanding of the profound impact energy dynamics have on the body, mind and spirit.

Ione’s journey into the world of energy healing began with a background in physical fitness education, specializing in women’s fitness, alongside comprehensive studies in breath work. This strong foundation was complemented by completing Lauren Walker’s Energy Medicine Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 in Boulder, CO, which sparked a passionate pursuit of energy medicine and integrated healing practices. This unique blend of energy medicine and movement allows Ione to offer a holistic and personalized approach to healing.

Her ongoing commitment to professional development has led her to attend the EEM Practitioner’s Conference at the Wigwam, as well as study disciplines like Foundation Training, Polyvagal Theory, Quantum Touch, SourcePoint Therapy, QiGong, Biofield Tuning, Chinese Medicine Five Element Theory, herbal medicine, homeopathy, breathwork, aromatherapy, anatomy, physiology and Prune Harris’ Alchemy of Intuition.

As a lifelong learner, Ione is passionate about supporting clients on their healing journeys and guiding them towards transformative wellness. Whether through energy medicine, aromatherapy, or other healing modalities, she is devoted to helping individuals align their body, mind, and spirit for optimal health and vitality.
