With an open heart and mind, I welcome all clients to get back in the driver’s seat of their health and wellness. I will meet you where you are (not literally;) to address your personal needs and help balance you physically, emotionally and/or mentally. I work with clients to reduce stress, tension and anxiety, relieve insomnia, digestive issues, hormonal issues, auto-immune, supportive care for cancer, among others. I am particularly passionate about empowering you by teaching you how to energetically care for yourself, to keep your immune system strong and your energies resilient, so you can better handle life’s demands.
