Having a solid foundation in Western Medicine and was rocked by a life threatening illness which ignited a desire to truly LIVE. The medical approach, having been radical surgery versus radiation treatment, sparked a quest for a holistic solution and a thirst for a radiant life.
I work on individual sessions, online or in person also teach groups.

<p>Effie Roberts is an advanced Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner and Authorized Eden Method Teacher. She was born and raised in Canada, has lived in Mexico (fluent in Spanish), now resides in Australia and has overcome auto immune illness.</p><p> </p><p>Effie has extensive experience with the Five Elements and started studying the elements in 2002 with Dondi and Titanya Dahlin. She was an admin and moderator on the Five Elements Forum for the Shift Network. Presently moderating Living the Five Elements & Titanya Dahlin’s Energy Medicine Magic For Kids.</p><p> </p><p>Personally, Effie says she owes her life to the Five Elements and Eden Method, which provided her deep insights after being in an abusive relationship with 2 small children. Effie feels that the Five Elements sprouted the seed of desire for a new, balanced, safe, and happy life for herself and her daughters. Through the lens of The Five Elements she gained a deeper perspective of her journey and this understanding enabled her to access the strength and will to create a bright and vibrant future.
