I started my energy medicine journey by teaching Eden Energy Medicine techniques to my yoga students in a practice known as Energy Medicine Yoga (founded by the lovely Lauren Walker). Once I saw the power of the Eden method to shift energy within a yoga class, I had to go further into this healing world and become a Certified Eden Energy Medicine Practitioner. Today I work with people in different seasons of life helping them feel more comfortable in their bodies and showing them how to balance and restore themselves. I use energy testing to determine where a person's energy body could use assistance and a variety of Eden methods to help the person bring things back into balance. Energy sessions are typically 90 minutes and most of the time you will be on a comfy massage table with clothes on and shoes/socks removed. At the end of the session, we'll review areas where your energy body needs attention and agree to some simple homework assignments to help you continue to balance, repair and/or repattern whatever has come up in the session.
