CJ’s passion is to assist her clients to find ways to create connection and enhanced wellness in their lives. CJ enjoys providing “homework” and simple techniques to her clients so that they can continue their own self care on a regular basis. CJ currently provides two different type of sessions: “Balance & Bliss” sessions which follow a prescribed protocol and offer a client deep relaxation and are restorative by design along with “Wellness” sessions where specific energy monitoring and tracking is done usually to assist the client with a specific concern.
