I offer a holistic approach for reclaiming health and bringing balance to body, mind and spirit. Using a number of different modalities we work together to listen to what your body is telling you and to honor that message. Changing energy patterns is critical to helping your entire being return to a state of homeostasis. I also teach wellness classes, offer meditation groups and I host a monthly Energy Method Study Group. I offer both in person and distance sessions.
