I am an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner – EEM – CP.  As an athlete with varied interests and experiences, I have a lifelong curiosity of the mechanics of the physical body, how it moves, how it heals, and how to achieve optimal performance. This curiosity has propelled me into the study of the body’s energy systems and how energy relates to and influences the physical body.  Energy Medicine is the confluence of this research and study where the physical meets the subtle.  My passion is to assist, educate and empower people to improve their quality of life.

Another of my passions is applying Energy Medicine techniques to our animal companions, to support their good health and wellbeing.
