Massage and energy therapies have been my calling and passion for over 20 years. Eden Method specifically, however, has provided the broad umbrella under which I practice all my energy knowledge and insight. Adding energy work into a massage session provides deeper, longer lasting healing at the physical, spiritual and emotional levels. Every session is unique and geared toward an individual’s current state of wellness. My clients are all ages, walks of life, and two or four legged as well!

Working with clients to improve their quality of life through energy medicine and massage is a calling that I find humbling, exciting and exquisitely joyful.
