I have extensive training in understanding languages your energetic and spirit body speak – guiding you towards deeper healing and Wholeness with yourself. By gathering tools needed for what you want to address, we use innate intelligence, physical and energetic resources, life experience and wisdom in a relaxed and safe space, buoyed by love, joy and compassion. Throughout my life I have been oriented to holistic living and seeking out the things hidden from view. After learning meditation at an early age, it opened my eyes and heart to the more subtle energies that exist in our bodies and our world. Once I got a taste of this my life has been discovering ways to play with this energy that is all around us. I have been blessed with being able to learn with so many great teachers over the decades. Credentials:
I have been in the healing arts for 15 years and utilizing Eden Method for 10 years as a Certified Practitioner. With the ever evolving energies in creation I continue with my learning about the various ways subtle energies interact and move through us. I am also a Certified Wholeness Teacher & Teacher Trainer - Elemental Physiology and Breathwork. I incorporate the power and connection to the mother we live upon using Earth Centered techniques. In addition I have been trained to work in the Angelic realms- Order of the Master Angels Initiate - In all the sessions there is deep listening to the frequencies and your specific desires for healing. It is a holistic approach to connect the spirit, mind, body and emotions to a fuller, freer life.
