Welcome!

Energy Medicine has helped me so much and now it’s your turn! I specialize in working with women with stubborn health issues. Like a detective, I investigate what is happening in your body’s energy systems. Then, wherever an energy system isn’t balanced, I work to restore it. Energy Medicine is healing method of its own as well as a valuable addition to any treatment plan.

I began using Eden Method techniques during a time of prolonged personal difficulty. I was so stressed and afraid! The techniques helped me calm myself so I could handle the ongoing difficulties. EM has supported me to be resilient through the challenges of life.

I am a California native and raised my family in the greater Sacramento area. When I’m not working with energy medicine clients, I spend time fixing up my house and planting flowers in my yard.
