Description:
Having begun my Eden Method training in 2013 in the UK it has become an invaluable tool for balancing my energies and greater vitality ever since. For now, I am focusing on teaching short Eden Method self-care courses on calming stress and anxiety, balancing your hormones, pain relief and the Daily Energy Routine to help others discover these tools and empower themselves. These courses are on offer in English and German in a geographical area close to Nuremberg.
