I believe in the healing power of nature and your body’s ability to heal itself. While I recognize that everyone’s journey to health and happiness is uniquely different, Eden Energy Medicine offers techniques that support your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being, no matter your challenge.
Besides balancing the energies in your body, I’m also trained to balance the energies in your home or work space to clear blockages and create your optimal living and/or working environment.
Highly intuitive, I work with adults, children and animals and offer individual sessions in person and on Zoom.
As a formally trained fine artist and art instructor with experience of more than 20 years, I occasionally offer workshops combining art instruction with EEM techniques to empower students of all ages and help them deal with stress or anxiety in a creative and holistic way.

Remote sessions are greatly effective and give us the opportunity to work with each other no matter where in the world you live. Besides balancing the energies in your body for optimal health and vitality, I'm also trained to balance the energies in your home or work space to clear stagnant energies and get your life back into flow. As an authorized Eden Method teacher, I offer Eden Method classes in small intimate groups to help you activate your self-healing abilities.
