Eden Energy Medicine sessions, advice and classes – in person and over video

My hands-on Eden Energy Medicine practice is in Mariehamn, the Åland Islands, Finland. I occasionally offer sessions in Turku and Helsinki – and perhaps in your town. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you are interested in inviting me to your location.

My in-person classes are normally 90-minute long. I typical session includes a discussion on your needs, energy testing and corrections through energy exercises, a general energy balancing on the massage table followed by specific techniques tailored to your specific needs. In the end we discuss what you can do to best support yourself, typically starting with 1-3 energy exercises to do daily. One session is beneficial, but I usually suggest a series of 3-5 sessions.

My remote sessions on Zoom are guided self-sessions, a combination of teaching and experiential empowerment of you to help you! (Not distance healing, but experiential self-healing based on your specific needs with me as your supporter and guide.)

I teach the official Eden Method Intro Classes, the mini-classes Relieving Stress and Anxiety, Balancing Hormones, Releasing Pain and Strengthen Immunity with Eden Energy Medicine as well as the 1-day or 2-day Introduction to Energy Medicine classes.

We brought this year-long training to Lahti, Finland for the first time 2022-2023. The training consists of four extended weekends with mentoring, tasks and assessments after each class. Detailed handouts and video recordings (from earlier classes in the United States) are included. We are considering announcing a new Fundamentals year starting in spring 2025 (please indicate your interest as soon as possible).
