My professional health career as a Registered Midwife and Childbirth Educator has dovetailed with my specialization in women’s health throughout life: menstrual irregularities, fertility, pregnancy, birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, perimenopause, menopause and physical/emotional healing from difficult perinatal experiences. And for any gender: Stress Management, Life Path Clarity, Reducing Food/Substance Sensitivities, and Restoring Energy & Joie de Vivre

<p>My background and interest in Energy Work goes back to the 70’s when I informally studied Shiatsu (acupressure therapy) and applied it with good results. Since then I have studied several energy work modalities, teaching Reiki, Energy Health, and EFT (now often commonly known as "tapping"). Since my introduction to Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) in 2004 I have made it my focus, and became a Certified Practitioner. Because I love to teach, I continued on with Eden Method Teacher Training.</p>
